I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

Commissions are not first-come, first-served.

Both parties have the right to cancel a commission for any reason at any time. Full or Partial refunds will be provided for unfinished works depending upon the circumstances. (See Refund Policy for more details)

Commissions are typically completed within 2-8 weeks, as my current work schedule is roughly (not exactly) 9 days on/5 days off. This is only an estimate.

I refuse to emulate another artist's style.

Major changes of the commission brief (pose, background, perspective, character etc.) will not be accepted after the first payment is accepted.

I accept only 3-4 small changes during the commission process. More small changes will incur a fee.

I require at minimum a 50% deposit to begin working on any commission beyond the sketching stages.

I will require the full payment before I complete the artwork and deliver upon any final changes requested.

Payments are accepted through PayPal invoices only, and should not be sent through any other method including donations, friends and family options, etc.

Commission prices are in USD and I do not not accept any other form of currency, including but not limited to, “exposure", cryptocurrency, or “in-game” currency.

If you require a payment plan, please consult me and make me aware of this.

After a commission is complete and full payment has been received by myself as the artist, you will have full rights to use, repost, edit and print the artwork for any non-commercial purposes.

The client agrees to explicitly attribute credit to me if they decide to post and/or share the original artwork (edited or as-delivered) in public or private platforms. In the case of original character designs, the client agrees to give credit in any character references or instances where the true original artwork is in use.

You may NOT upload my artwork without a watermark, to any public viewing space, including but not limited to personal accounts. I always provide a high res watermarked file for my clients to use, should they wish to post the artwork on their own accounts.

You may NOT use my artwork for any kind of cryptocurrency/NFTs/blockchain etc.

You may NOT claim my artwork is your own original work.

You may NOT use my work for any commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate legal agreement.

You MAY use my artwork for self-promotional purposes, provided that you specify that you will be using the artwork in this manner and what for at the beginning of the commission process. (Eg. to use for your logo, live-streaming, youtube, blog etc.)

*NOTE: Should you wish to use my artwork for merch (or any case of mass-selling/distribution of the artwork), I will require a legal agreement and royalty fees.

You may NOT use my artwork to train any kind of AI (Artificial Intelligence).

You may NOT remove my watermark or signature.

I retain all copyrights to my original work and designs, including but not limited to rights to use my artwork for self-promotion in galleries (personal & public) and/or portfolios or resumes. If you prefer I do not publish a certain commission, please be explicit & clear with this in your commission request.

While I am happy to not upload certain works for general public viewing in my gallery, I still retain the full rights to include any of my artworks in private portfolios when applying to companies or studios for potential work.

Refunds are only available for commissions of $100 in total value or more, however the price refundable is dependent upon how much time has already been invested into the commission. I cannot refund work that has already been completed.

If I’ve begun work on a commission and completed work beyond the second approval stage, I will only be able to offer a partial (50%) refund of the deposit.

Provided that the artwork has not passed a second approval stage, full deposit refunds are available to clients who request refunds within 5 days of the initial deposit payment and the order being placed.

NOTE: Should a deposit be refunded within this time, all rights to the un-completed work will default to my ownership.

If I am unable to complete the commission for any personal reason of my own, my clients are always entitled to a full refund.

In the case that the client might want to keep any un-completed artwork, I can offer instead a partial refund and the files for the un-completed work as compensation for the cancellation. Otherwise, all copyrights of un-complete work will default to my ownership.
